How We Handle Your Data

What We Collect

• Site analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages are visited, how people navigate, and basic device/browser info. These tools may set cookies and collect anonymized usage data to help us improve the site experience.

• Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and visits to this site. It records page views and when a quote request is submitted, and it may set cookies.

When you request a quote or enter a giveaway, our server also tells Meta that the request happened. This includes your email and phone number in scrambled (hashed) form, your IP address, your browser type, and the page you submitted from, so Meta can measure our ads. If you arrive from a Meta ad, we also store a small cookie (_fbc) with the ad click ID for up to 90 days. We skip this server message and the ad click cookie if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.

• Form submissions

When you submit a form, we collect the details you provide (name, contact info, project notes) so we can respond to your request. We also capture campaign/traffic source data so we know how you found us.

How We Use It

• Improving the site

Analytics data helps us spot broken pages, slow spots, or content people find helpful so we can keep the site useful.

• Responding to inquiries

Form details go to our CRM so we can follow up with you about design consultations and project questions. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for their marketing.

Your Choices

• Browser settings: You can clear or block cookies to limit analytics tracking.
• Ads from Meta: You can opt out in your Facebook ad preferences or at optout.aboutads.info.
• Email us to update or delete your form submission details.
